This page explains what Keyledger collects and what it does not. Keyledger sells review tools and guides for property accounting teams.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or third-party scripts. It loads no external fonts or trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and requested page, for security and reliability.
The review tool
The Keyledger review tool is a single HTML file that runs inside your browser. The PDFs and spreadsheets you add are read on your device. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else, and the tool makes no network requests while it runs.
The tool saves some settings in your browser's local storage on your device, such as your property manager list, thresholds and saved exceptions. We cannot see them. You can clear them at any time through your browser's site data settings.
Purchases
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects the details needed to take payment and calculate tax, such as your name, email address, billing country and payment details. Their privacy policy governs that information. We receive your email address and order details so we can deliver your purchase and provide support. We do not receive your card number.
The free checklist is also delivered through Lemon Squeezy, so we receive the email address you enter to get it. We use it to send the download, to send you updated copies when we improve the checklist, and to tell you about related Keyledger products. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Support email
If you email us, we keep the message and your email address so we can reply and help. We do not sell or share them. Please do not send owner packets or other financial records. We do not need them to help you.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the support emails we hold about you, or to tell you what we have, by writing to keyledgerco@gmail.com. Requests about information held by Lemon Squeezy go to Lemon Squeezy.
Children
Keyledger is made for businesses and is not directed at children.

If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
