Refund policy

We want you to be sure before you keep a Keyledger product.

14-day refund

If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason, though we are glad to hear what did not work.

How to ask

• Email keyledgerco@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout.
• Include your order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Before you buy

The review tool reads AppFolio owner packet PDFs in the standard layout and can read your AppFolio Chart of Accounts export to find your cash and expense accounts. If you are unsure it fits your setup, email us first. We are happy to answer.

After 14 days

If something is broken after the 14 days, email us anyway. We will do our best to fix it.
