Terms of sale
Last updated October 4, 2026
These terms apply when you buy or use a Keyledger product. By buying, you agree to them.
1. Who sells these products
Keyledger ("we", "us") sells software tools and guides for property accounting teams. You can reach us at keyledgerco@gmail.com.
2. Purchases and payment
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipt and download link. Their terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown at checkout.
3. Your license
When you buy, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for the internal business of one company. You may use the product on as many of that company's computers as you need.
You may not resell, share, post, host or otherwise distribute the files, give access to another company, or remove our notices from them.
4. Your data
The review tool runs in your browser and does not send your files to us. You are responsible for the files you use with it and for how you store them. See the privacy policy.
5. A review aid, not advice
Keyledger products help you review owner packets. They are not accounting, legal, tax or trust accounting advice. The checks follow one reasonable approach and rest on assumptions, including how your chart of accounts is set up. They can miss problems and can flag items that are fine. You are responsible for checking the results and for your own compliance with the rules that apply to you.
6. No affiliation
Keyledger is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by AppFolio, Inc. AppFolio is a trademark of AppFolio, Inc., used only to describe the reports our products read.
7. No warranty and limit of liability
The products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about them, including about accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
8. Refunds
Our refund policy forms part of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
